Cancellation and returns :
Customer shall be entitled to cancel the Order for Stocked Products by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by  emailing only. If there is a defect or fault in the Goods, the customer is required to notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation within 14 days by calling us on 0203 6384 200 - 0800 999 6789.
